At Intense Oud (Wholesale), we strive to ensure your business receives high-quality fragrances; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and original-condition wholesale products. Please note that due to health and safety standards in the beauty industry, used or opened fragrance bottles cannot be accepted for return.
Initiate Request
Contact our wholesale support team via email with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the unopened items in their original manufacturer packaging and place them in a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent leakage or breakage during transit.
Shipping and Documentation
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the package and ship the items back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned inventory, we will issue a credit to your account or original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
